pthread_locking vs. transactional memory testsuiteHEADmaster

initial import includes
- Makefile
- codesize.c; a little single threaded test to check compiler support
- asm_diff.sh shows difference of assembler code
- runtime.sh runs both versions and prints out runtime of the tests
